1) Forward the complete email message with the headers to: webmaster@CBmall.com
Before you submit a complaint, please be sure that you did not subscribe to a service that authorizes a store owner to send you email. Many times we also believe that someone is sending us junk mail, only to realize that a long time ago we agreed to accept periodical emails about products and services from companies. Obviously, if we do not have the original email forwarded with the headers to us from the exact email account it was sent to, we have no way in taking further action.
