It will help you get started, it will help you write emails, plan your strategy, write good subject lines and avoid spam complaints.  If you already know how to do all this stuff, you don't need it.  If you just want to send subscribers to your CBmall subscription form, you don't need this.  If you want to start building your own list, you do need this knowledge.

My advice is to go with Aweber.  They have all the features you need and more important, you get excellent deliverability.  I have outgrown two autoresponder systems now, and I finally realized I need to be with a company that I cannot outgrow.  I also realized that deliverability is EVERYTHING.
