Directions for use:

This endorsement letter can be edited and sent to your
email list.  A great idea is to add it to your
autoresponder series if you have one.  You should read it
carefully, and make any edits to fit your own style.  If
you have specific examples of features you like in the
mall, or numbers of how much revenue it generated for you
in some period of time, that is a great thing to add.

You want people to know that you personally invested in

I find that starting to write something from a clean sheet
